DIRECT-TO-FAN MESSAGING
TAKEBK SMS Consent
Program operated by Marjani Entertainment LLC
How fans opt in
After opening a participating artist’s verified TAKEBK release, a fan may voluntarily join that artist’s fan list. The fan enters a mobile number and must actively select a separate, unchecked text-consent checkbox. Providing a number without selecting the checkbox does not create SMS consent. Buying or unlocking a TAKEBK keychain does not require text-message consent.
“Yes, send me recurring promotional TAKEBK SMS/MMS messages from this artist, including release news, show announcements, merchandise, special offers and promotional artist updates. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase.”
What subscribers receive
Messages may include new-release announcements, show information, merchandise, special offers and promotional updates from the selected artist. Message frequency varies.
