DO FANS NEED TO DOWNLOAD AN APP?+
No. On a compatible NFC smartphone, the fan taps the TAKEBK key and the experience opens in the phone's web browser.
WHAT PHONES WORK WITH TAKEBK?+
TAKEBK is designed for modern NFC-capable iPhone and Android devices. NFC behavior can vary by model and phone settings, so each production hardware batch should be tested before fulfillment.
WHAT CAN I ADD TO MY RELEASE?+
Artists can build an album with MP3 or WAV tracks, artwork and release information, then add supported keyholder extras such as uploaded video, photos, a digital booklet, YouTube embeds and store links.
WHAT HAPPENS IF MY MEMBERSHIP ENDS?+
Your account returns to Basic. Existing released music and sold NFC keys keep working for fans, but artist platform tools such as analytics, fan tools, messaging, new content management and premium features pause until you renew or begin another qualifying physical drop.
DOES TAKEBK TAKE OWNERSHIP OF MY MUSIC?+
No. Your music stays yours. TAKEBK is designed as a direct-to-fan release platform and delivery experience, not a transfer of your music ownership.
